Basic overview of group insurance industry, company operations, insurance terminology
Group insurance product knowledge preferred (e.g., Dental, Vision, LTD, STD and Life)
Quality function dynamics and key deliverable knowledge.
Knowledge and Project experience in Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt.
Technology: MS Office, Advanced Excel and exposure to Macros/Queries would be an added advantage.
Exp-8-10 yrs & Health Care Industry background required
