Job Profile:
- Report to Delivery Head, and assume end-to-end ownership of delivering a product to the Customer
- The opportunities are primarily focused on Advance Java technologies, to develop end to end product applications.
- Candidate must be capable of developing end to end solutions, driving digital transformation across industries like Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, etc.
- Work with the Customer / Business Analyst to break down functionality into epics, stories etc.
- Assign stories to Developers, track progress, and ensure successful delivery by removing bottlenecks if any
- Implement some stories lead from the front
- Mentor team members and help institutionalization of delivery processes
- Keep internal as well as external stakeholders updated and aligned
Education:
- Consistent and good academics
- BE / BTech / ME / MTech preferably in Computer Science
Desired Skills:
- Experience of being Technical Lead / Scrum Master for at least 1 system that has gone into production
- Full stack experience, preferably in the following technologies: MongoDB, Java, Spring, microservices, AWS / Azure, Angular
- Expertise in Agile processes and tools
- Excellent planning and tracking skills
- Excellent people skills
