Job Summary MuleSoft Platform Admin Responsibilities: Minimum of 5-7 years of administration or operations experience in the Mule area. Responsible for planning, design, installation, development, and ongoing maintenance of MuleSoft software. Including patching and/or application of hotfixes required to maintain stability of the platform; system restarts and re-boots; security certificate management; support upgrades across environments. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance tasks such as: Performance monitoring and tuning; environment monitoring; Managing API assets: infrastructure, platform, accounts, logs, ESB components; Check server health; check automated log rotations and archiving status; Track and prepare the report of Platform Usage. Coordinate with business user, functional team, developers and other stakeholders during E2E, System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Creates and maintains system and procedural documentation. Work with Developers to triage production bugs Manage a queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues. strong experience with Jenkins scripts for deployment automation Strong understanding and experience with security implementations (e.g., SSL/mutual SSL, SAML, oAuth)
