Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate and participate in recruitment and selection of senior management personnel based on business requirement as well as Recruitment of entry level (including crew) to supervisor level through all channels.
- Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for all employees by guiding and supporting all training initiatives including delivery of training programs.
- Responsible for the documentation and implementation of HR policies and procedures consisting guidelines for employees towards leave, attendance, travel, reimbursements and other administration related issues.
- Offer & Appointment release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, Mediclaim insurance & Verification of documents and employment screening/background verification of new joined employees.
- Direct the physical maintenance of all personnel records and actions.
- Provide on-going support to other departments of the company for effective coordination of business-related activities, wherever applicable.
- Ensure all department procedures, policies being thoroughly understood by the subordinates.
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Maintain the employee attendance in Time Management System & generate the attendance through biometric system for the salary process.
- Assist Corporate HR for Unit level Transactions & Execute Policies & Instructions given by Corporate HR
- Should have good knowledge in labour laws.
- To drive the PMS in the unit.
- Handling the statutory matters, like preparation of PF/ESIC data & co-ordination for challan generation & payment as well as record keeping of all documents.
- Liaisoning with legal authorities for statutory matters.
- Employee Engagement activities and taking care of the welfare of the staff.
- Handling the staff facilities.
- Experience in handling blue collared employees is must.
