Job Summary
  • Analysis & Extraction of BMS report (plant, employee & project wise ).
  • Conducting Training Programs (plant wise and employee wise).
  • Monitoring the activities of the BMS team members.
  • Monitoring the activities of the BMS team members.
  • Inspect project (employee wise & group wise) and publish reports.
  • Plant Visit if required regarding challenges on BMS.
  • Coordination for Kaizen Competition.
  • Standardization of DTA & PMS activities Supporting the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems Cost Saving SAP Awareness.
  • Analysis of BMS report (plant, employee & project wise ).
  • Providing Training to employees regarding BMS.
  • Monitoring the activities of the BMS team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to Work from office from Pune Location.
  • Hands on experience with ATS/ HRMS/ SF/ Darwin box will be added advantage.
