Requirement: Good knowledge and experience in-

Requirement Analysis Ability to interface with the client, capture and analze the Business requirements and then translate them into the technical requirements. Should be able to demonstrate good understanding of at least one business domain
Technical Design Ability to design a technical solution to meet the business requirements. Good understanding of Web Technologies, Database and Microsoft Stack / CRM. Should be strong in at least one technical area.
Troubleshooting Ability to trouble shoot and help / guide the team members in case of technical difficulties
Estimation Ability to be able to prepare a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and prepare an estimate the effort
Scheduling and tracking Schedule the work by allocating tasks to individual team members and track the progress. Status reporting to Customer and Internal management
Review Ability to carry out internal review of functional specs, technical design, test strategy.
Presales should be able to understand the customer s business and should be able to come up with a demo script. Should be able to deliver the demo to the customer
