Project Manager | Experienced Front End Developer Job in Creative Storm HK

I am looking for a project manager to help me streamline bringing a MERN stack web application through the MVP stage to launch. I am the start up co founder and we have approx 4 staff we want to help streamline their daily tasks.

At the moment, we do a daily huddle (PM HKT) around projects / tasks.

What we would like to see from a project manager is the following:

- A candidate that can manage:

1 - Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.

2 - Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

3 - Assembling and leading the project team.

4 - Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

5 - Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.

6 - Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.

7 - Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.

8 - Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

9 - Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.

10 - Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.

What we would like to see from a front end developer is the following:

- A candidate that can manage:

1 - Experience with React context api

2 - Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, React , Node.js, and Mongo

3 - Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models

4 - Creating RESTful services with Node.js

5 - Architect scalable web architectures

6 - Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

7 - Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

8 - Be responsive to change requests and feature requests

9 - Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

Ideally candidates will show the ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly.
