Job Summary

Here's what you'll do:

  • Become the HR Champion: Be the point of contact for employee questions and concerns, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need.
  • Tech-Savvy HR: Own and automate HR processes using relevant tools, generating timely and accurate reports.
  • Policy Pro: Design and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Data Detective: Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Benefits Boss: Manage employee benefits, insurance, and onboarding processes efficiently.
  • Collaboration King/Queen: Work closely with internal stakeholders to address people-centric needs and concerns.
  • Engagement Expert: Drive impactful employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years working in a team environment.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of key HR domains (e.g., recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Is an Excel ninja (or well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Can tailor their approach to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
  • Has experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment (bonus points!).
  • Leads with empathy and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys challenges, is passionate about execution, and can turn ideas into reality.
  • Has prior experience driving employee engagement initiatives and handling HR operations (a plus!).
