Job Overview As a part of our HR team, we are looking for a high-energy and enthusiastic HR Operations Specialist with the passion to learn and drive HR operational excellence across AiDash functions in India. Job Responsibilities Document, implement, and work to improve upon processes, procedures, and programs prevalent in the organization. In collaboration with various cross-functional partners, build and drive programs that help them build a performance-driven culture. Ensure the delivery of critical people operations processes like onboarding, reference checks, offboarding etc. which form an important part of the employee lifecycle. Take full ownership of employee documentation including contracts, amendments, and all other items pertinent to the employee lifecycle. Accountable for maintaining accurate HR data including employee records and information changes such as promotions, terminations, and transfers. Support the People Operations Lead in the administration of various surveys, conduct exit interviews (IC), and provide useful data to guide decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's Degree with related majors in Human Resources (HR) or Psychology and 2-4 years of experience in a generalist role ideally within a growth-stage tech company Understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, with the ability to recommend process-oriented and/or operational solutions to improve the employee experience. Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results. Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company. Strong problem solving and organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions Tech Savvy, experience with HRMS / other HR tools is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office Skills Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook
