Job Description
Strategize and implement sales plan for solar products, installation services and promotional events.
Provide guidance, mentor ship and training to the Sales Team.
Be an imperative People Manager, Customer Manager and Business Manager by achieving sales quota and goals.
Administrating the end to end sales related & customer relationship management activities
Keeping a close-knit coordination with the marketing and various cross functional teams to ensure completion of domestic & export orders within committed timelines
Supervising delivery management, after sales service & addressing customer complaints through cost effect resolutions, ensuring a proper communication flow within the organization
Generating various MIS reports and business analyst at higher management level and sharing the same with cross-functional teams with actionable insights
Managing & offering entire after - sales support services and addressing customer grievances with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability; thereby ensuring increase of repeat referral business.
