Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales in Assigned Territory
  • Ideal candidate should have experience of managing distributors & appointing distributors based on relevant channel competency to achieve volume to reach organizational objectives
  • Follow through sales processes by applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies, in order to grow sales
  • Participate in the sales planning exercise for assigned territory
  • Provide information about market trends, competitor's sales practices.
  • Ensure customer satisfactionby timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find ease of business
  • Support new product launches
  • Ensure timely submission of claims and clean balance confirmation with all distributors
  • Price & Scheme Management
  • Collection of outstanding from account
  • Provide a/c planning for volume/value billing per customer to Area Manager
  • DSP / LAS Management
  • DSP / LAS Training
  • Maintain DSR
