Roles & Responsibilities -
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales in Assigned Territory
- Ideal candidate should have experience of managing distributors & appointing distributors based on relevant channel competency to achieve volume to reach organizational objectives
- Follow through sales processes by applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies, in order to grow sales
- Participate in the sales planning exercise for assigned territory
- Provide information about market trends, competitor's sales practices.
- Ensure customer satisfactionby timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find ease of business
- Support new product launches
- Ensure timely submission of claims and clean balance confirmation with all distributors
- Price & Scheme Management
- Collection of outstanding from account
- Provide a/c planning for volume/value billing per customer to Area Manager
- DSP / LAS Management
- DSP / LAS Training
- Maintain DSR
Ideal Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Lighting Industry.
