Managing and working towardsimproving the quality of investor communication through website, presentationsetc.
Creating high quality AnnualReport for the company
Preparing quarterly/annualearnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations.
Conducting conference calls,investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings and communicating the keyfeedback to the management
Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&Adocuments, etc. for Top Management
Benchmarking best-in-classannual reports across the world and creatively thinking of new and innovativeideas
Benchmarking Investor Relationspractices with various top global companies and help the team incorporating thesame
Providing feedback to managementregarding the investment community's perception of how the company is beingmanaged, and their view of its financial results etc.
Present the views of theinvestor community to the top management team and assist in the development ofcorporate strategy
Carrying out detailedshareholding analysis for the top management team.
Effectively responding toInvestor/Analyst concerns. Developing communication to proactively addressinvestor/analyst requirements.
Develop financial models andperform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relativeto Indian and global peers.
Independently tracking industryas well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for TopManagement.
Qualification :
