JOB OVERVIEW:The primary objective of the role is to work with the business leadership team and corporate stakeholders to manager and deliver on high impact projects and key initiatives in line with the strategic priorities of the business. This would include establishing governance, project management, mobilizing cross functional teams and stakeholders on assignments considered critical and to be driven by the CEO's Office and reporting to senior business leadership, corporate stakeholders and investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Own the conceptualization, planning, management and delivery of strategic initiatives and high impact cross- functional projects for the business leadership team through collaboration with a diverse pool of stakeholders across geographies

Provide timely and quality reporting to the senior business leadership, corporate stakeholders and investors including but not limited to reporting to the Pharma Executive Council, inputs for shareholder communications, inputs for investor relations communications, monthly business snapshots, monthly commitments and governance through PPS ExCom meetings, monthly business reviews, PPS Senior Leadership Council meetings. Be the driver of business review & governance and ensure that all key actionable and initiatives are getting documented, addressed and resolved

Basis business needs, participate and manage projects and requirements for the Piramal Global Pharma : Collaborate with the leadership team of both Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS) and Piramal Critical Care (PCC)on common governance or reporting requirements for the Pharma Executive Committee, investor relations or other stakeholders

Support M&A activities for the business and serve as an integration manager to provide project transition and integration efforts of newly acquired sites/businesses for PPS basis business requirements Provide support as required to functions globally to drive and execute projects in collaboration with the SMEs Support site improvement initiatives : identify and drive opportunities of cost optimization and performance improvements across sites by supporting the global strategy formulation and local implementation of business critical projects and key initiatives Implement efforts to improve leadership communication within PPS through Quarterly Town Halls and periodic communication from the CEO`s office Provide analytical/research support and structure complex problems. Synthesize data and broader stakeholder perspectives in a meaningful form for the business leadership to enable decision making

Qualification :

Qualifications

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL :Piramal Pharma Solutions(PPS) Executive Committee(ExCom), Site Leadership Teams, Head of Departments (HODs),PPS Senior Leadership Council, Pharma Executive Council, functions such as Investor Relations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Finance, Legal etc.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL :Vendors, Consultants

REPORTING STRUCTURE:Role directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Global Pharma

QUALIFICATION:Graduate and MBA from premiere colleges/educational institutions

EXPERIENCE:10-12 years of work experience in a pharma strategy or management consulting role

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Strong knowledge of management frameworks and project management Strategic thinking/business acumen Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and coordinate with multiple work streams simultaneouslyProven track record of effectively interacting with senior managementAction-oriented, self-motivated and innovative team player Sound analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAdvanced expertise with MS Office suite
