Job Summary
Sales Manager - Auto & Engineering Location: Ahmedabad About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive and engineering industries and a proven track record of driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Oversee end-to-end sales activities, ensuring achievement of sales targets by value, product, and segment. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify key initiatives to drive sales growth in the assigned region. Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve product sales objectives by working closely with technical partners, applicators, key accounts, and direct customers. Order Management: Manage the order pipeline, ensuring timely generation and fulfillment of orders. Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage technical partners and applicators in accordance with defined processes. Customer Engagement: Coordinate with applicators and ensure quotes are sent to all principal contractors bidding for relevant projects. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales within the automotive and engineering industries. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
