Job Summary
  • Preparing recruitment plans for the year, overseeing job postings and recruitment partners.
  • Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the correct cost.
  • Evaluating candidate's salary negotiations, rolling out job offers, preparing reports, etc.
  • Initiating joining formalities, collecting necessary data and documents and filing them in their files, and maintaining the onboarding tracker.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
  • Helping make the payroll of the company.
  • Calculate Salary Breakup, bonus, TDS & leave encashment
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
  • Preparing and issuing documents to employees like Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, PLIlettersr, Bonafidelettersr, Performance improvement plans, Resignation acceptance, Terminationlettersr, Relieving letters, etc.
  • PF, ESIC, Arrears Calculation.
  • Complete all data needed for the annual salary review and performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/ recommendations to the management.
  • Executing the employees annual review procedures.
  • Creating and approving budgets for all the departments.
  • Creating an environment of open communication.
  • Coordinate execution of various employee welfare activities across departments.


Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - working skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Master or higher education

    Preferred - Located in Near Andheri

    Required - Good command over English, Hindi

    Experience Required :

    1 to 2 Year
