Job Summary

Role : Senior Officer - HR (Male)

HR Generalist Role having major KRAs Employee Engagement and

Recruitment.

Role Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

* Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

* Create, schedule, plan and coordinate employee engagement, RR and

appreciation programs and activities.

* Focus on employee wellbeing, collaboration, and learning through

dedicated programs.

* Conducting activities like "Pulse" with employees & managing

employees issues, queries and ensuring timely closure.

* Work within and actively promote the corporate policies, procedures,

values, and Code of Conduct.

* Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews

* Manage social media handles and curate content for emails and various

online platforms (WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.)

* Designing, implementing, and analysing results of employee engagement

surveys

* Assist in reporting metrics on employee engagement and culture.

* Designing and formatting of presentation decks, emailers, and posters

for events

* Vendor management Logistical arrangement with vendors, source for and

negotiate according to events needs

Recruitment

* Understand the manpower requirements.

* Analyse requirements according to the specification mentioned by the

HOD/JD

* Sourcing of CV's from various channels like own database,

consultants, references, social media etc.,

* Updating / maintaining Internal Database of candidates.

* Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the

various requirements.

Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the client's

requirements. * Interacting with candidates when they come for interview

and introducing them to Concerned interviewer and Sr. Manager HR for

interviews.

* Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies

* Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits

of the job

* Active users of corporate social media account

* Results of employee engagement surveys

Recruitment

* Turnaround time for recruitment

* Quality of hires

Candidate Requirements

* Candidates must possess at least a MBA / Post Graduate Degree in HRM

* Between 4 and 5 years of working HR experience

* Strong track record in Employee Engagement

* Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement

* Proficiency in Adobe photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools is

an added advantage

* Have good knowledge about recruitment processes

Competency

* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate,

prioritize and manage multiple activities

* Aptitude for working in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment

Compensation : 4.5 lacs to 6.5 Lacs depending on

candidates experience and caliber

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - human Resources skill with 4+ years experience
  • Preferred - Located in Mumbai
