Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, your will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the role in detail and create a strategy to build a healthy pipeline for the role.
  • Identifying which mediums/methods/sources/channels would work best for the roles you are working for and not limited to the traditional job portals.
  • Using technology and its advancements to create a proactive and ongoing talent pool.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the selection process and partnering with you hiring manager on resolving those.
  • Being a talent advisor to your stakeholders.
  • Delivering a great customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders like your candidates, leaders, hiring managers and peers.
  • Focusing on creating strategies and process that will deliver superior level of candidate experience.
  • Driving operational excellence throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partnering with the Manager, GTA to work on common projects that will impact cost, time and quality of hiring.
  • Continuously learning about market trends and applying your learnings to the current processes

Requirements (Desires skills & experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience either working for an executive search firm/recruitment firm or corporate specializing on niche and leadership talent.
  • Strong experience in using search strings on various platforms and not limited to LinkedIn & Naukri
  • Prior expertise on working with an ATS.
  • Great prioritization skills and ability to juggle with multiple roles without impacting the priority and criticality of any of the mandates.
  • Expertise in managing relationships through being solution oriented and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Competencies required: Self-motivated, persistent, influence, negotiation, goal-oriented and organized.
