RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting user interviews to understand their needs, context, and goals. Doing thorough research and following an evidence-based design process. Developing user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas. Communicating with engineers to understand technical constraints and possibilities. Collaborating with the content team. Iterating on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders. Creating and managing sustainable design systems to maintain consistency across different products. Working with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented to spec and collaborating with them to solve any technical challenges.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
5+ years of experience in designing complex web and/or mobile applications. Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in one of these UI softwares Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD. Familiarity of systems like Material Design, iOS Design and any web-components systems. Familiarity of research techniques and experience in conducting user interviews.
