DocOn is looking for an experienced User Interface designer. You are passionate about delivering delightful experiences to the customers via & influence their lives positively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex business problems.

Our UI team s mission is to build a system that allows all designers to quickly create pixel-perfect UI mocks and prototypes to showcase their ideas which can then be easily translated to new features and improvements. As a core member of the UI team, you will help us achieve this mission and raise the bar of our user interface design.

You will help us design our UI so it is not only beautiful, but intuitive, accessible, and usable. In this role, you will be expected to understand the experiences we are building and help us achieve pixel perfection for our doctor, patient & reception products.

Your Part:

• Work closely with UX designers to create, prototype, and present simple and elegant end-to-end user flows for new ideas and improvements while illustrating every detail of the interaction and user interface.

• Deeply collaborate with product managers, engineers & business teams to design best possible solutions to users problems informed by research & data.

• Create pixel-perfect UI mocks with detailed interactions and work closely with engineers to ship the approved ideas to production

• Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.

• Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design and motion graphic field.

• Identify and improve inconsistent UI and interactions throughout the product to ensure the seamless and intuitive user experience

• Clearly and effectively articulating design decisions and best practices during design demos and UI reviews

• Your responsibilities include, but not limited to areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture.

• Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning.

We Look For:

• More than 4+ years of relevant experience in designing and shipping beautiful, usable, and responsive user interfaces.

• A portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills

• Thorough understanding of design principles, interaction design, typography, and grids

• Growth mindset and willingness to listen, learn and continuously improve.

• Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After-effects and Sketch.

• Bachelor s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.

Education Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in fine arts, graphic design, multimedia or a related field preferred
