As a Community associate, you'll be part of our in-house marketing team in Mumbai and help manage the Creator and Business Community of Pepper Content; By executing various activities, events and partnerships that are value driven.

Objectives of this Role

• Building Pepper Content s Brand in Business and Creator Front through Community Initiatives

• Providing Best Customer Experience to Business and Creators Community of Pepper Content via Various Channels of Communication

• Managing Customer Success for Community, Handling NPS, Retention and Creator Experience.

• Execute engaging activities and events for the larger community.

• Lead Partnership Initiative by collaborating with like-minded communities and brands that provides value to Pepper Community

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monthly communication with creators and business partners community

• Handling Community IPs like podcasts, Email Newsletters.

• Execute Partnership Campaigns Monthly in synergy with Social Media, Design, and Video Team

• Host internal communication channels with community members to ensure efficiency and good experience

• Resolve Queries and Maintain Smooth Communication with Community and other associated Departments.

• Execute 2 Yearly Flagship Events for Pepper Content.
