Job Summary

Candidate should have experience in independently handling Human Resource / Industrial Relations and General Administration (including handling Statutory Compliance / Union matters) functions of large project sites of Construction organisations. Should possess thorough knowledge of the Labour Laws and good communication skills and prepared to work at company?s construction sites.

Minimum Requirements

Graduate in any Discipline with PG/Diploma qualification in HR/IR.
