Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility :

1. To Recruit for all new & replacement position with appropriate skills, both technical and behavioral in order to meet operational and strategic requirements. Identifying & Enplanement with the recruitment consultants for the closure of the vacancies.

2. To collect & verify all documents required as per SOP and send to Sr. Manager for approval of preparation of offer/appointment letters.

3. Ensure to complete the joining formalities like document authentication, creation of email id, Bio-metric access and update the employee data in HRMS and send the joining intimation to respective team members, Managers, Operations Team etc.

4. Review the attendance of the respective location from Bio-metric and physical register. Track late comings and deduct from proportionate salary & ensure all leaves availed by employees are applied and approved by their respective RM. Generating their leave balance from HRMS and reconciliation of the same with registers.

5. Ensure to process the monthly payroll with accurate monthly inputs and share the same to Finance department for on time salary disbursal.

6. Ensures legal/Statutory compliance throughout the Human resource management as per the law of the land.

7. Bridging management and employees relations by addressing their demands, grievances or any other work place issues.

8. Ensure to track all confirmation due cases and do follow up with respective managers to complete the process and confirmation letters are issued on or before the due date.

9. Roll out and drive the performance appraisal systems for all the employees.

10. Administration of group medical insurance, group personal accidents insurance and ESI with related policies, financials and timelines for the benefits of the employees.

11. Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits plans, including enrollments and terminations in the health plans & helping the employees in processing the reimbursement with support of insurance vendor.

12. Ensure proper office administration is carried out by monitoring and managing the vendors (Housekeeping, security services, AMC s of AC, UPS etc.)

13. Primary SPOC for the preliminary check of the invoices raised by the vendors against the services provided for Hyderabad Branch and to coordinate with the finance team for payment and accounting.

14. SPOC for the Wellness programs, employee engagement activities; coordinating with the concerned departments for smooth run of the programs.
