Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

A well established Chartered Accountancy firm with more than 250 employees across several branches in India.

Managing the entire life cycle of an employee from Recruitment and on boarding to exit across all branches

Ensuring high level of motivation of employees by engaging with them through various engagement programs

Help in developing a culture which is driven by Learning and is merit based

Design and roll out an effective and efficient Performance Management System across all branches

Identify training needs of employees and suggest interventions for the same.

Follow up with tracking the effectiveness of the programs

Create a culture of Team synergy and identify high-potential employees for leadership roles

Introduce innovative recruitment processes to attract the best talent and design programs to retain them

Develop an open culture of feedback and assist in introduction of coaching and mentoring programs

Manage the payroll systems effectively and ensure adherence to govt regulations like PF, ESI etc

Update and Manage data like Employee records, Payroll data, Policies relating to HR

Manage Recruitment, Devise HR Policies and guidelines

3-5 years in HR Generalist role

MBA in HR

Should have the ability to handle HR function independently

Familiar with HR compliance, Recruitment

Worked on employee engagement

FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED
