We're looking for an individual who has been part of strategic and innovative environments to develop, maintain and enhance simple yet technically strong software products that customers love to use. In this role, you will majorly device high-level strategy to be implemented throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
You will manage a team of full stack developers, guiding and maneuvering the process of development/maintenance.
You'll collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the delivery of products that generate positive user experiences and have an influential impact.
The focus will remain on products in a way that they are customer-focused and aligned to strategic business objectives.
As the Digital Transformation Tech lead, you'll have the opportunity to create impactful digital technologies to manage business processes, culture and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.

What You'll Achieve

  • Own the end-to-end experience of creating futuristic products such as Financial AI, Conferencing application, Internal Collaboration Tool etc.
  • Collaborate with client teams to run SDLC smoothly as per their requirement and ensure seamless delivery
  • Offer insights to teams working in different technical languages/frameworks and retain a problem solving approach
  • Establish and maintain high quality coding standard, testing methodology across teams and ensure technical documentation is part of SDLC
  • Maintenance of in-house servers to avoid breakdown and loss of data
  • Work across teams to drive consensus and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
  • Generate multiple ideas quickly, and connect regularly with customers to validate directions
  • Participate in design critique and present work in product leadership feedback meetings
  • Design and implement various development programs for Digital Transformation teams in alliance with the Department of Human Resources

About You (Essentials)

  • 6+ years of experience at a high tech, product-driven company with a global user base
  • 2+ years of Experience of leading a team of full stack developers and leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Driven self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can drive SDLC from start to finish
  • Experience of working with developers engaged in different languages/frameworks, viz. .Net frameworks (ADO.NET, MVC, Core 3.0), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular JS, C#, PHP etc.
  • Ability to present and sell your ideas, create coalition, and build support ; Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation writing, and delivery skills
  • Creative problem-solver who can lead technically complicated applications coupled with the capability to juggle and prioritize many projects simultaneously
  • Experience in developing both web and mobile applications
  • Ability to understand the business requirement well and creating project architect based on it
  • Experience in various project management methodologies especially Agile working methodology
  • Hands-on experience on team & project management software / tools (e.g. TFS, JIRA, GitHub)
  • Hands on experience of administrating Database (SQL and Oracle) and server management
  • Ability to achieve consistency by following, maintaining, and evolving coding and application testing standards
  • Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
  • Enjoy mentoring more junior team members, and leading by example to help others adopt best practices

Nice-to-haves

  • Awareness of various languages and frameworks
  • Experience of IT consulting and Infrastructure setup and optimization
  • Experience in niche domain projects like Human Resources, Finance, SCM & manufacturing processes
  • Preferred IT qualification from Tier1/2 colleges
  • Client interaction experience apart from requirement gathering collaboration initiatives
  • Inclination towards business development and successful attempts of the past
