Digital Talent Lead Job in Chatterbox Technologies Pvt. Ltd

We are looking for a strong leader & manager who has experience working with digital talent (celebrities, influencers, etc) and understands their ambitions.

About the role
As a leader within the company, your role would be overseeing growth of the vertical including P&L & team management. Key KPIs will be talent growth & monetization as well as overall profitability of the unit
Further add capabilities to our offerings to attract top talent and build out appropriate resources & materials needed to attract & retain talent
Identify & onboard leading & emerging social media stars into our exclusive management program where you can then help them achieve their business goals
Ensuring talent success by making sure we have a strong pipeline of brands to work with
Hiring & managing a strong team of talent managers
You will build solid, truthworthy relationships with talent, and be dynamic & hustle to make sure that these relationships stick
You will have to negotiate and work out win-win deals

What will come in handy:
A minimum of 5 years working in talent relations (onboarding and/or account management) with a talent agency, film house or relevant content provider/creator
You're a leader and understand how to manage a P&L
You re a professional communicator with solid negotiation skills
You have a network of talent as well as rising managers to tap to work with
You care. If your talent is facing an issue, you handle it - during weekends, the middle of the night do what it takes to ensure delight
