Job responsibilities:
- The person would be the owner of the relationship with the customer across all channels like PUSH, SMS, Email, journeys, bots etc
- Manage the setup and execution of all paid digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including but not limited to Search, Display, Video, Affiliate, Partner networks, Paid Social, SMS, E-mail and in-app push notifications for PayU consumer business
- Measure and constantly optimize paid marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Clevertap and any other vendor specific dashboard as maybe required from time to time
- Manage campaign budgets in-line with business growth thereby ensuring efficacy in ROI
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across CRM campaigns
- Create audience segments based on their profiles, behavior by leveraging standardized tools, models & set goals for each segment.
- Work collaboratively with the copywriters, designers, and our tech team to plan execute and improve CRM campaigns
- Setup and maintain CRM customer lists such as opt-outs, opt-ins, unsubscribe, privacy preferences etc
- Make and present periodical reports to management on campaigns/activities completed with KPIs achieved and plans for upcoming campaigns in-line with overall strategy
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Adhere to the internal policies and procedures
Requirements to be successful in this role:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with CRM, preferably a SaaS product.
- Deep understanding of CRM tools like Mixpanel/MoEngage/CleverTap or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of email design with a creative eye is a big plus.
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping setup, etc
- Technical understanding of deliverability challenges for email and push notifications.
- Comfortable with handling large data sets in excel
- Strong analytics skills to understand and optimize the performance of the campaign
