Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Analyst who can generate reports & statistics from clients's inhouse CRM tool. In future we will be looking at migrating to sales force or other industry CRM. Required Skills 5+ years experience Conduct in-depth research and to analyze/synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and draw meaningful insights Present the derived information in a visually appealing and impactful way with a high degree of detail, high-quality standards, and present ideas lucidly. Generate periodic MIS report from CRM for the leadership team in QT Making sure all data in the CRM is maintained properly and handle exceptions Pull and generate most appropriate lists from CRM and ensure they are approachable contacts, specific to the campaign. Responsible for the Contact import process from other data sources Help in transitioning of current CRM tool to a newer one. Partially helps CRM User Adoption team to gather information from users to enhance the CRM usability. Incorporate pre & post campaign reports Granting CRM access; privileges to users as per their job role. Generating and analyses the activity reports and calling reports at set intervals Manage the information generated from various trade shows and relevant events. Good knowledge on CRM Applications like SFDC and ZOHO. Manage and update fresh contacts and company information and trends into the CRM. Coordinating with solution architects, sales and technical team accordingly as and when needed. Continually coordinate with Sales team and marketing team and provide them with information requested on demand.
