Job Summary
  • 2 to 5 years experience in Contract and C2H Domestic IT Recruitment.
  • Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
  • Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates
  • Coordinate with the SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate
  • Experience with various interview formats
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Experience inboolean search
  • Experience in hiring forMNC clients
  • Strongsourcingskills
  • Experience inC2Hhiring (contract to hirehiring)
  • Should know how to do a strongfollow-up,and schedulethe interview
  • Responsible for initialscreeningof profiles
  • Should be ready towork at the office
