Job Summary
Understanding the requirements of all departments within the organization, identifying hiring ecosystem, conducting interviews, being a career partner to prospective candidates. You need to be aggressive and ambitious.
- Implementing strategies to identify niche candidates in restricted talent pools, building connection, networking and direct sourcing.
- Identifies and researches new innovative and creative sourcing methods.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Engage irreplaceable and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Continuously innovating the recruitment process, suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong aspirant to grow within the organisation.
