Job Summary Role Description for Business Development Executive: We are seeking a passionate individual who has a deep appreciation for religious places and an understanding of their significance and loves to visit them. This role is integral to building a robust supply team capable of onboarding temples of all tiers. The ideal candidate will have the skills to navigate through any challenge with ease, ensuring successful collaborations and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Collaboration: Work closely with the business team to develop and refine the sales pipeline based on business needs and historical data. Collaborate effectively to ensure alignment between supply activities and business objectives. Market Research: Stay updated on upcoming festivals, competitor onboardings, and business changes. Utilize these insights to continuously update and optimize the sales pipeline. Travel: Travel extensively to various temples to understand their structure, operations, and key personnel. Station yourself at these places to build warm connections and onboard these temples onto the platform. Onboarding & Strategy: Develop strategies to enhance the onboarding process and improve overall efficiency. Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of satisfaction among temple authorities to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for temples, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communication or related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of religious places and mythology is a plus. Ability to pack your bags and travel whenever required.
