The HR MIS Analyst will be responsible for establishing, analysing and preparing best practice "to be" processes, and delivering on reporting and MI requirement within stipulated timelines.

Core Responsibilities

Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc

Monitor Key HR metrics , present insightful reports and dashboards with eye for detail

Responsible for general system maintenance - defect management, improvements, user acceptance testing

Collaborate with technical teams on all system issues

Maintain the company s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations

Understand the company values and culture

Qualification Details

Any Graduate or Diploma holder

Experience Details

4-5 yrs. experience working with HR/Payroll systems and reporting tools

Experience of implementing and improving HR processes of an intermediate level

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

A sound understanding of HR processes i.e., Attendance, Attrition, New Starters, Terms & Conditions changes etc.

Knowledge and experience of system testing procedure

Advanced Excel /VBA skills

Problem solving, critical thinking

Analytical

Nice to have

Knowledge of ISO/ISMS

HR Policy knowledge

Good understanding of the business structure

Project Management / Project experience

Experience Required :
