Job Summary

Responsibilities

To manage and supervise the preparation of interim as well as year end financial statements (standalone and consolidated).

To manage the preparation and review subsidiaries financial statements and address the review comments received from Head office.

To manage the roll-forward of Group as well as subsidiaries financial statements within timeline.

To work closely with manager for process improvement and implementing control to mitigate risk.

Responds promptly and efficiently to queries/ad-hoc request from head office, subsidiaries and other departments relating to finance related matters.

To manage the delivery of month end task i.e. intercompany interest, VAT return and monthly analytical review.

To take lead on new migration and process simplifications.

Deal with audit queries (Both internal & external).

To perform semi-annual and annual performance review of the team and manage the performance throughout the year.

Preparation of policies, procedures and flowcharts.

Ensures the timely communication of information to colleagues and line management.

Qualification

Qualified CA and graduate degree in Finance / Commerce is desirable.

Experience Details

Minimum 3-4 years of post qualification experience in financial reporting and statutory audit.

Hands on experience on IFRS/US-GAAP/IND-AS.

Working experience from any Big4 firms is an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience into team management.

Prior experience of off-shore client handling is preferred.
