Job Summary
Qualification & Skill:
- Minimum Graduate
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of significant accomplishments in Strategic Marketing, Product Management and/or Business Operations, in the Aerospace industry. Candidates from other industries with a strong background and aptitude for Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Business Operations will also be considered:
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience. Technical background preferred.
- Eight or more years of Aerospace experience preferred.
- Experience in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Business Operations and Product Management preferred.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills spoken and written.
- Superlative time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, own and drive for Sales targets assigned by the Head of Sales.
- Develop, foster and grow relationships with clients to grow a network of clients.
- Takes ownership of Sales responsibilities for Region and Sector assigned.
- Gather business requirements and needs of clients.
- Own the RFP/RFI/RFQ and Bid management process for their own clients.
- Keep ears-on-the-ground and to be aware of developments, issues and competition at client site.
- Keeps abreast of industry/sector updates especially to do with competition.
- De-escalate internal and client facing issues.
- Lead generation and follow-up.
- Lead filtering & database management
- Prepare a multitude of Sales reports
- Prepare, Lead and participate in client meetings
- Preparation and lead Sales pitches, presentation, Service packs
