Job Summary
  • Completion of the project work in stipulated period
  • Qualification and Validation of installed Equipments and instrument
  • Technology Transfer of Existing products and New Products
  • To achieve production target as per the production plan every month
  • Ensuring adherence to the SOPs, MFRs, BMRs and consistence quality of manufactured products
  • To ensure no complaint of quality and facilitating customer complaints handling with QA
  • Ensure strict adherence to ISO and FDA guidelines and clearance of all Audits
  • To provide the necessary support to R & D in development of New products and trouble shooting of existing products if any
  • Inventory management by jointly working with Stores and Purchase
  • To reduce in process rejection of kits, components and reporting yield
  • Training and development of the team regularly
  • Ensuring all manufacturing related transactions through EBS and monthly reporting
  • Prevention of write offs and Expiries by adhering to FIFO, FEFO principles
  • Documentation support to facilitate FDA license and Schedule M compliance
  • Building a Team of achievers.

    • Qualification :
    M.Sc (Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Lifesciences/Pharmacy)
    Experience Required :

    12 to 15 Years
