Job Description :-
This role is to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before the product reaches to customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
Coordinates testing processes.
Identifies and analyses issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple programs; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
Support in new talent acquisition
Have performance improvement and employee retention discussion

Required
10+ years of experience
Proven ability to step into a team/Project having a problem and lend a hand in resolving the problem
Should have knowledge about SQL and No SQL databases preferably Mongo DB, MySQL Postgres
Should have hands on experience in any one programming language preferably Java or Javascript
Should be comfortable with web application and mobile applications
Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
B Tech/MCA background
Minimum 10 Years
