Who are we looking for?

As a QA Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment using Agile methodologies. You are a great Test Manager who knows what it takes to build a strong team. You are great at keeping an eye on the product vision and key challenges, and you are able to make smooth releases with high quality (no bug leak).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of manual and automation test strategy, test planning, automation prioritization, test monitoring, and control.
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet the required quality, function, and reliability specifications before delivery.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when issues recur in multiple parts of the product; participate in RCA analysis and prevention meeting
• Handle a team of 5-10 members with experience in mentoring team members, task allocation, and work status tracking.
• Lead by example by participating in product testing, Automation, and coordinating across departments.
• Leason with the product team in formulating the requirements and reviewing them, time to time suggest improvements and features enhancements in the product
• Apply testing methodologies for different testing phases to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

Required candidate profile:

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Testing industry with at least two years of experience building, managing, and mentoring test teams.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards hands-on experience of Automation and manual testing
• Extensive knowledge and experience in performing and leading different phases of testing, including test automation.
• Be experienced with testing Web, Desktop application, Database, Web APIs and service, and hands-on experience in Black Box Testing
• Be experienced with at least one major test automation platform such as Selenium, UFT, etc.
• Experienced with Agile & DevOps processes, source control, database, and some programming language, having knowledge of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Team City, Azure, etc. is a plus.
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills
