Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and building and executing strategies to grow our client base. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales and marketing background, be a strategic thinker, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our services and solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and potential opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Develop proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Develop and maintain accurate sales and activity records and reports
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends and news
- Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth in a marketing agency or related industry
- Strong sales and marketing background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with contract negotiation and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of industry trends and news, and the ability to stay up-to-date with relevant developments
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
