Technical Project Manager Job in Opcito Technologies Private Limited

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, a go-getter, an out-of-the-box thinker, and ready to work in a high-energy environment. He/she must demonstrate a high level of ownership, integrity, and leadership skills; should be flexible and adaptive with a strong desire to learn & excel. Required Skills: 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years of experience in software development & 2+ years of experience in project management or project coordination Strong technical experience in Java/Python or any open-source technologies and understanding of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and GCP Sound understanding of DevOps concepts and processes Experience partnering with cross-functional engineering and integration teams Should have managed at least five members team and experience in handling multiple projects Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile best practices Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with user story mapping, writing clear acceptance criteria, and release planning Should be a team player with an energetic personality, a quality-focused, committed individual who can work independently in a changing environment Familiarity with QA processes like test planning, execution, automation testing, integration, and acceptance testing Experience using project tracking tools like JIRA or Click Good to have: Passion for writing simple, clean, and efficient code Work with the engineering team to understand the scope, organize tasks, and prioritize efforts between multiple clients and projects Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any project-related questions or challenges Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, and demos Resolve day-to-day technical & process roadblocks Drive progress across multiple technical projects and communicate status and risks to all stakeholders Monitor release quality matrix source code quality matrix, development quality matrix, and testing quality matrix Accountable for managing and maintaining high-quality products Leverage product and program management processes to produce scope, requirements, designs, stories, schedules, and project plans Ensure all work is represented in Jira with proper sizing and estimates, descriptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, with consistent standards Set goals for subordinates, track them throughout and provide formal feedback to subordinates Support the discovery phase to identify product scalability opportunities and capture new capabilities, tooling, and documentation requirements Manage the scope and capacity of the team throughout the project life cycle Experience working on SaaS or PaaS product project management
