Technical Skills: 9 to 15 years of experience in Software development and Project Management Should have at least 3-4 years of experience managing Software development projects Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies and mobile Java/J2EE/Open Source Technologies like Python/ROR/PHP etc. Hands on experience on Product Development Life Cycle Project Management skills in Requirement Management, Planning, Estimation, Analysis, Team & Customer Management Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/GreenHopper, Rally or equivalent Behavioral Skills: Able to lead through influence and inspire passion in others Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written) Master a million details and quality check Personal track record of process improvement/re-engineering Able to conduct research into project-related issues and products Detailed orientated with excellent problem-solving and problem-identifying skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills and ability to influence others Role and Responsibilities: Enhance and Optimize Product Design, Architect applications/solutions To lead project delivery and provide techno-functional support to project teams for multiple projects Interaction with clients and/ or implementation team, Handling multiple client accounts Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and monitor them Preferred Skills Required: Understanding of DEVOPS(Development Operations), Cloud Computing etc. Understanding of latest trends and technologies including mobile based applications preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science) Master's degree preferred Certified Scrum Master Preferred
