Description:

  • Implement defined strategic plans at ground level
  • Generate lead, meet prospective clients and onboard them
  • Lead activation efforts across the territory
  • Establish relationships with key personnel at HSG in the territory
  • Plan local promotional events to establish the brand, increase customer connect and drive revenues
  • Directly manage promoters, local events and local agencies
  • Provide customer feedback on product and service delivery

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2C sales, especially in service segment
  • Local market understanding and experience in on ground activation
  • Team handling skills
  • Good communication skills: Local language
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
