Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offersEnd to Endbusiness process and analytics solutions. OGBS currently offers its solutions in6 Platforms:Finance, Supply Chain, People services, Risk & Market Compliance, Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. The candidate should be an SAP expert having complete functional/technical knowledge of all SAP modules (preferably SAP SD) and other SAP tools such as S/4 HANA. S/he would be part of SAP Projects team in Chennai and would be engaged in managing project deliveries to various internal businesses globally. Experience of working as SAP functional expert or leading SAP implementation would be useful. Overall experience around 10 to 12 years. Knowledge of building applications using SAP Fiori would be helpful. This role will require individual to have a product management mindset to drive development and adoption of SAP / SAP Fiori based products.

• Manage all aspects of global SAP Project deliveries with internal and/or external teams in alignment with Olam SAP Global Template (GT) and implementation methodologies
• Prepare and publish scope, effort estimates and detailed project plans
• Plan functional and technical resources and facilitate their onboarding
• Manage Risks and Issues and maintain project logs and closely track progress of the projects
• Ensure project documentation are maintained as per Olam QA standards
• Manage global business stakeholders and provide periodical progress updates / status reports on various initiatives
• Liaise with various supporting technical and non-technical teams for timely delivery of projects
• Manage project transition/handover to Olam Global Support teams post implementation
• Guide project team during various stages of the project and facilitate right solution fitment
• Provide SME / consulting services to the businesses where necessary and approach them with a product management mindset
• Perform value benefit analysis for various initiatives
