Job Summary

Delegate Inside Sales Executives with the daily quota of calls, follow-ups, closures
Ensure product/solution knowledge to Inside Sales Team and check periodically
Closely track leads, compile and delegate leads to different Outbound Sales Team Managers
Research and discover methods to increase customer conversions and engagement
Assess competitors by understanding & analyzing their products offering/pricing, for effective pitch
Coach, Train, Evaluate and Monitor Inside Sales Executives performance on regular basis
Manage Retention and build an open communication culture within the team
Maintain a performance track record of every Executive to ascertain the team s overall performance
Understanding Client needs correctly and offer/propose best suited product or solutions
Ensure maintaining timelines on every task to ensure timely actions, corrections and closures
Accomplish department & organization goals by adding important insights & accepting ownership
Liaise with various departments (Product Development, Service, Support, etc.) to share inputs
Update and share various feedbacks and reports with the reporting authority as & when required
