Job Description

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation

Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail

Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, optimize, and document processes for configuration of RPA solution

Leverage process improvement experience to streamline and optimize the process for RPA software

Create and maintain solution documentation

Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT

Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and through potential process redesign

Support the Robotics COE Lead throughout the project and automation lifecycles

Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to Robotics COE Lead accordingly and provide actionableinputs to mitigate

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent technology discipline and/ or equivalent related development experience in lieu of degree

4-6 years work experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)

Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a must Ability to provide accurate build estimates

Writing well designed, testable, efficient code and documentation by using best software development practices

Previous experience working with RPA solutions including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Jacada is a plus

Experience using Agile methodologies

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently, willing to share the knowledge with the team to increase the overall team s capabilities

An open-minded team-player with the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds Automation and innovation mindset

An understanding of workflow-based logic Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram or procedural documentation

Excellent interpersonal communications skills able to effectively communicate and build relationships with end-users, peers, management and third parties

Ability to prioritize, schedule and complete tasks required for multiple projects with overlapping schedules

Excellent facilitation skills working with both internal and external parties

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Self-starter, comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment

Knows how to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency
