Job Requirements

• 4yrs+ experience in operations or technology roles; demonstrated experience working with large data sets
  
• VBA Proficiency: Expert in Excel object model, user defined functions, code refactoring, authoring of procedures and performance optimization
  
• Excel Proficiency: Expert in complex formula authoring, Arrays, Nested ifs, index match and combine formulas, dynamic named ranges, pivot tables, data validation and conditional formatting
  
• Utilize VBA in new and existing Excel-based tools to automate recurring work processes
• Develop robust spreadsheet models with clearly defined inputs, calculations and final output
• Develop automated and reusable routines for extracting information from various data sources
• Prepare requirement summary and re-confirm with Operation team
• Create data visualizations that communicate information effectively.
• Translate business requirements into specific solutions
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical users
• Good written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate Effective problem solving and analytical skill
• Ability to pay attention to detail, pro-active, critical thinking and accuracy is essential
• Ability to work to deadlines and give realistic estimates

• MS certifications in above skills
• Experience on Python
• SQL Query, Analysis, and Testing
• Proven success on complex, large scale initiatives
• Experience in working and developing solutions within SharePoint
