Description
1. PRE-REQUISITE:
Worked as Product manager on SDWAN, MPLS, Security and Cloud services
Hands on experience in creating service description docs, Product collaterals, SOWs, RFP responses, presentations and training materials
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
Working experience with Global Sales and environment
Need to be mobile and be prepared for international travel
Delivering against challenging time frames either alone, or as part of a team
Self-starter/Self-motivated, team player
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and participate in GTM strategies
Create, update or maintain service description documents and any other product docs
Create Product collaterals, presentations and training materials
Train sales team on products & offerings as necessary
Help in productizing some of the customized solutions that we have provided to customers
Product life cycle management to support changes and adding features in the existing products
Make sure all products are reflected and available in all systems and process starting from Sales to Cash
Involve in helping Global Bids\Proposals\RFP\RFI responses & solutioning
Building pricing models
Review and ensure partners SLAs/KPIs matching with product SLA/KPIs
Business planning for backbone network infrastructure
3. TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Cisco, Juniper or other network security certifications
4. EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years
5. EDUCATION:
BE/B-Tech with MBA preferred
6. TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS:
Core networking & security skills
