Job Summary

    Job Responsibilities

  • Visiting & creating database & search for Architect/Contractor/Engineer contracts for organization benefit and future prospects*
  • Developing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients*
  • Identifying business possibilities, networking, lead generation & client development*
  • Identifying the value we can provide to clients based on our strengths*
  • Ensuring firm is included in responses to key industry and solution RFPs in the region*
  • Generating enquiries/tenders on specification*
  • Track competition product pricing & working towards improving specification & competitiveness*
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving the sales objectives*
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance*
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts and solving client s problems*
  • Submitting periodic review reports & attending review meetings*
  • Candidates with exposure of diverse industries including Real Estate, Contracting, Infrastructure, Architecture, Oil & Gas and industrial projects, Road Projects, Govt organizations preferred *
  • Must have strong local/regional community network and be an active member of trade and professional associations*
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should possess good communication & presentation skills*
  • Must have good knowledge of computers & MS-Office*
  • Self starter and result oriented*
