Job Description:- Expertise in IT Service Management and Project Management Drive the quality related Initiatives Process Adherence, Documentation, KPIs , Templates , Tools and Accelerators, Reporting Setup Periodic reviews on Quality items across different accounts across services Ensure high standard of quality in deliverables. Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision Coordinate with internal stakeholders of SAP viz. CAS Delivery Team Strong Knowledge about Quality Process for SAP AMS and Development projects Highlight the risks promptly and work on the mitigation plans with the Service leads Suggest continuous improvement (CI) solutions and innovation items Develop tailored processes based on the service requirements! Focus on Customer Satisfaction & Service Efficiency with delivery improvements. Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications Reporting to management on the status of the Quality metrics Redesign or reengineer the QA processes to ensure that the output helps achieving the desired results Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management. Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in in SAP Projects / Support Quality Assurance & Control Has Knowledge about the SAP Product and Application portfolio SAP domain knowledge is preferred. Academic Qualification & Skill Competencies Master's Degree from reputed Institute is preferred BE/B.Tech /B.Sc (Comp)/M.Sc(Comp) from a reputed institute Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment Multi-tasking ability, passionate individual, ability to stretch long hours. Clear thinker, initiative driven individual Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, time management skills Excellent communication skills and high degree of adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn and explore new things
