Job Summary JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attending calls
  • Coordinating and following up with Vendors
  • Feeding datasheet in LMS
  • Arranging vehicle for caravan
  • Assisting Realtors for placing sign boards, handing over the property documents etc
  • Maintaining stock of Office Stationery, Visiting cards, Provisions etc.
  • Outside works like going to bank, payment of bills etc
  • Assisting VP in Admin work in absence of the other support staff
  • Packing couriers
  • Photocopying of documents
  • Perform any other duties as required by the management
  • Both male and female can apply
