Job Summary

Should be MBA/PGDM Sales/Marketing

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Telephonically reach out to customers on a daily basis to generate leads.
  • Meet customers occasionally, as and when required.
  • Selling of CRM Software.
  • Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with the target customers.
  • Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
  • Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
  • Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to your customers.
  • Network with the sales and marketing team of the principal companies.
  • Lead generation through cold calling.
  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
  • Grow a network with prospects on social channels.
  • Achieving Monthly and Annually Targets.
  • Excellent communication is written, verbal, email, telephone and pitching skills.
  • Should be well versed with online B2B sales Platforms
  • Key Skills:

    • Sales experience of minimum 1 year
    • Excellent written communication
    • Fluency in English with very good convincing skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage
    • Must have strong interest in learning new things
    • Must be a soft-spoken and good team player
    • Should be confident, target-oriented, self-motivated and interested to take up additional responsibilities.
