Job Summary

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Identifying trainers for various technology training as per client requirements
  • Conducting interviews for trainer & updating trainers database
  • Sharing trainer profiles and training content with clients
  • Facilitating trainer evaluation & technical discussion calls with client
  • Identifying vendors for technical lab requirements
  • Sending proposals to clients based on agreed training scope
  • Handling negotiations with vendors, trainers and clients
  • Ensure successful delivery of training with good training feedback
  • Following up with clients for deal closure
  • Feedback and customer expectation management
  • Business Relationship Management activities to generate repeat business from existing customers
  • Key Skills:

    • Should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication is mandatory
    • Should have excellent networking skills
    • Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, excellent Team player & Innovative thinker
    Experience Required :
